It's a condition of the need for revenue and the evolution of technology. Even at the national level, people will tell you it's a long-term solution.

The public is willing to pay tolls. What they're not willing to do is stop and pay at toll booths.

I think it is an isolated situation. It's just a piece that wore out. I don't think it's symptomatic of a larger problem.

One of the concerns is that if we wait to build, the cost of construction will continue to escalate, increasing the debt we have to repay or lessening the amount of roads we are able to build.

We're looking at where it has been used.
